Who we are
Tide Over Box is run by Danny Ditroia, a sole trader based in London, UK. For anything about your data, email hello@tideoverbox.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and the household size you chose (number of adults and children).
Why we use it
- To tell you when Tide Over Box kits are available, and about early-bird offers.
- To understand what size of box people need, so we can plan stock.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It's stored by the services we use to run the website and send emails (currently Netlify, which hosts this site and its sign-up form). These services may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or for up to two years after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
